We offer a Crossfit training program for the kids here at Be Crossfit as well. Our youth program follows the same ideals and concepts we incorporate with the adults, just at a scaled down version, depending on their age and skill level. We teach the fundamentals of the core movements in CrossFit like the squat and the press, we also build their core strength and metabolic engine which helps the kids transfer their CrossFit skill set into other sports they may play.
They will run, jump, squat, swing, climb, press, slam, push, pull, and sweat. We make it tough but safe. They learn body awareness and mental strength to help carry over into all things outside of the gym.
We make fitness fun for the kids by incorporating games, races, team workouts, and skill building time; all into the days programming.
